CHLOË CAMPBELL is an international freelance hair and makeup artist who has been working in the industry since 2013. With a diverse background in editorial, commercial, filming and bridal work. Covering East Sussex, Kent, and London.
“My initial introduction into the industry was by jumping in at the deep end with my first ever job assisting on a music video (Foxes - Holding on to Heaven). My first year working in London saw me assist on shoots for Grazia, Indian Vogue and Wonderland to name just a few. As well as commercials for New Balance, Dove, Boots and being part of the hair and makeup team for Guitar Hero Live.
Working closely with established hair and makeup artists who mentored me I learnt a lot about the industry from an editorial perspective. I then enrolled in the DFMA Makeup Academy in Brighton and took on formal training to perfect my skill set.
Since the start of my career I have always enjoyed the bridal side of the hair and makeup industry. I have had the pleasure of being part of destination weddings in France and Ireland and average in excess of sixty weddings a year. Being a part of one of the most important days in a clients life is such a privilege and I enjoy the collaborative process of helping to create a look that will make them look and feel their best. I continue to enjoy the diversity of the hair and makeup industry and the variety of jobs and opportunities it allows me including in recent years designing and executing looks for a Benefit product launch event and various photo shoots.”
